By accessing the Website or sending information to Inspired Growth, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to our practices of collecting, using and disclosing your information. Collection and Use of Personal Information

As of January 2004, all Canadian businesses that collect, use or disclose personal information in the course of commercial activity are governed by the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Under the Act, “personal information” is defined as information about an identifiable individual including, but not limited to, name, home address, email address, phone number, and health information.

Inspired Growth may collect personal information from you when you choose to provide it through your access and use of the Website. Personal information may be collected when you request information through the Contact Form or send an email. The personal information is only used to answer your questions. This information is strictly confidential, and is protected according to the Health Professions Act and the ethical guidelines of the College of Alberta Psychologists.

Collection and Use of General information

Inspired Growth automatically collects standard information from all Website visitors including: IP address of the computer accessing the Website, time and duration of the visit, web pages visited, the referring website, the browser name, the operating system used by the Internet provider, etc. This information is used to monitor the Website’s performance, assess marketing efforts, and enhance your browsing experience.  The stats are compiled in aggregate form, and do not identify individual users in any way.

The Website may also transfer “cookies” (small data files) to your hard drive through your web browser. Cookies allow Inspired Growth to recognize you when you make a repeat visit and improve your browsing experience by remembering certain information about your visit. If you are concerned about the use of cookies, you can change your web browser settings to block cookies or warn you before cookies are used.

Protection and Disclosure of Information

Inspired Growth uses a variety of physical, procedural and technical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, modification, loss or disclosure of your personal information and data stored on the Website. Two separate security services are employed, Sucuri.net and WordFence. Sucuri.net monitors websites to ensure they are free of malware and other harmful viruses. WordFence is a Web Application Firewall, Malware Scanner, and monitor of live traffic that prevents unauthorized access to websites.

Inspired Growth does not share your personal information with third parties, with the exception of third parties who assist in operating the Website and agree to keep this information confidential.  Aggregated statistical information that does not identify individual users may be shared with marketers and advertisers for the purpose of improving advertising campaigns.

Inspired Growth is not responsible for the content, activities, or privacy policies of such websites.
